B. Manning Feraci, Principal:
Feraci has over 20 year of senior level government affairs, political and communications experience.
Prior to founding Playmaker Strategies, LLC, he was the lead lobbyist for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), the trade association of the solar industry, and the National Biodiesel Board (NBB), the national trade association for the U.S. biodiesel industry.
Feraci previously served as the Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for U.S. Representative Kenny Hulshof (R-MO), a member of the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means.
Larry H. Schafer, Principal
Schafer has been a government affairs professional for over 20 years.
He has represented a host of companies and trade associations on issues pertaining to energy, tax and agriculture issues. He is one of the nation's preeminent experts on the federal Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS).
Schafer previously worked for the Renewable Fuels Association, the trade association for the U.S. ethanol industry and the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. He also served on the staff of U.S. Representative Earl Pomeroy (D-ND).
